All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Pantaria charge and select Request a Refund.
No. Your voice is transcribed locally on your device using Apple's Speech Recognition. Only the transcribed text is sent to our servers to generate your meditation — the audio is never stored or transmitted.
Every new account receives 5 free meditations that never expire. Once used, you can upgrade to Premium for unlimited access. Free meditations do not reset monthly.
To request account deletion and removal of all your data, email us at dev@getpantaria.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
